Nice area
It was cheap.
Front desk staff very polite and very helpful, especially Shelby. Rate reasonable for Holiday time of year. Location excellent.

Cons -

People were out in the hallways having full phone conversations loudly or just singing. There were roaches in the room and the floors were sticky.
No hangers--not even the ones permanently attached to the closet pole. No room service. Female guest waking me up most mornings at 5:30 a.m talking which hotel did not stop despite being notified. No bathtub stopper so water leaks constantly out of tub.
A staff member knocked on my door 15 min before checkout and did not wait when I asked him to because I wanted to put on my mask. I did not feel that was right especially when I had already extended for another day which I cancelled after that incident.
