- Unfortunately, my experience at this property was far from satisfactory. A fire alarm sounded in the middle of the night, law enforcement was knocking loudly on the door of the adjacent room, and there was mold and mildew visibly coming from the electrical box. Additionally, the walls provided virtually no sound insulation, allowing noise from neighboring rooms to be heard clearly, and the water pipes were excessively loud. These issues created an environment that felt neither peaceful nor safe.
