- Clean and friendly, nice billards table and the cues were straight.
- Front desk staff assisted my mom when she came to see me at the hotel and had forgotten her phone

- I had to check out early last evening, while my nephews funeral service my Mother fainted and fell.
- Bed mattress and pillows too soft. Bed frame wood was also sticking out causing bruised shins when getting up on mattress.
- Staff did not believe me when I explained equipment available for HC accessible room, even after telling them I had stayed there multiple times and that equipment was always available. After my persistence, staff finally found it and got it set up
