- Booked for use of hot tub only to be told it's been down for a year and dont plan on keeping it. Website didn't say hot tub was down
- Eggs were mixed with cheese, hot tub unit is out of order and has been for a long time but continues to advertise and charge as an amenity. Heated pool was actually ice cold. Quite unfortunate for the cost of staying
