clean, quiet, friendly owner, great breakfast, perfect for families. relatively close to Lincoln.

I dont think I found any issues while I was there.

very friendly staff

stayed in cabin...overpriced, old needing repairs, vanity in bedroom nowhere near toilet and shower

Very clean and comfortable

Breakfast was excellent

The owner is very sweet and helpful. Wonderful breakfast

Extremely friendly and warm staff/owner. Remodeled rooms were very well done and comfortable. Great location near Squam lake. Look forward to going back!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Clean rooms with a comfy atmosphere. Complimentary breakfast made to order. I really liked my stay.

Breakfast was very good. Made to feel comfortable by staff

TV remote did not work. Bed a bit too soft.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional - a real meal instead of a typical continental breakfast.

Excellent breakfast with a good selection to choose from. Very clean and room was both appealing and functional. Friendly staff and owners.

Spotty wifi.

Great place to stay. Breakfast made to order was delicious and the chef was very nice. The owner was friendly and a pleasure to talk to. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

Great place-extremely clean. Friendly staff.

Lacked hair dryer in room

This will be our go to motel every time we go up to visit our Grandson attending Plymouth State University, The location is perfect for us, the rooms are exceptionally clean. The breakfast included with the price is outstanding and is located in a small building next to motel rooms. We thought it may be your typical waffle machine {Boy, were we wrong} plus everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Loved this Motel!

I'm thinking and guess what? I can not think of a single thing to complain about.

Absolutely loved the gentleman who checked us in. He took the time to show us the room, explain the wifi and television. We stayed on 2 separate occasions during different weeks and surprisingly got the same room both times.

When I initially booked the rooms through Booking.com, we were under the impression that breakfast was included in the price of the room. Thankfully, we took the time to read the facility "things to know" sheet that was left in the room beneath the television and found that the breakfast was an additional cost. Unfortunately we did not have breakfast before checking out so we don't have an opinion on the breakfast offerings.

Rooms were beautifully renovated and spotless. There was an array of amenities, as well as a fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. The highlight was the cooked to order breakfast each morning. An awesome experience and great value for the price! We will certainly be back!

Good value for location during the busy vacation season. Included American-style breakfast was tasty and the perfect size! We appreciated the welcoming attitude and affection for our fussy pet dog. We might have used the grill and firepit if we'd booked a longer stay.

Owners are so very friendly, hard working, and accommodating. Breakfast is to order and exceptional. Rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable with fridge, coffee, and microwave. Place is very quiet and in a beautiful location.

Hot water could be a little hotter and a few more channels on TV but honestly this is a lovely, gem of a place, and I highly recommend it.

The place exceeded our expectations. The rooms were ultra clean and comfy, had everything that one would need. The morning breakfast was expansive The host man had good humor. I thought the host lady was tiny bit rude but we also made an unreasonable demand so that could explain it. Overall, I liked the place and will stay there again

Felt like being at home! The property is so nice. Kevin and Charlene were amazing and made a delicious breakfast! The room was so cute and the bed was so comfortable! Definitely will be returning ?
