It is close to my job

I like this Hotel the price is just a little to high or should I say the taxes. The price online was --- with taxes I paid ---

Location to Terry and restaurants. Like ABV generally. Everything inside the room worked, no problems.

I think it was overpriced. Other in the area cheaper, but we needed to be near Terry. If it had been Jackson, then Clinton or Pearl would have been less costly. Lobby was closed due to lack of personnel. So no access to lobby area.

Convenient location for our stay near family. Comfortable bed.

Room key did not work for first room assigned. Were switched to another room, which was not King as originally requested. Lobby sign said closed due to Covid, hence no free breakfast available.

Location near interstate and restaurants

Yes, hotel is old, room furnishings old and wore, there was mold present along baseboards with mold odor

The staff were pleasant and understanding.

The carpet in our room had a large rip in it. The shower did not work at all. It was evident the room had a great deal of use in its life with little thought for maintenance or repair.

The hotel was in need of Maintenence and an update. Burns, larger than a silver dollar X 6 in my carpet. Most of the white towels were dingy and yellow. The "continental " breakfast was a joke. It was the worst I have ever had.

There was a large group of us traveling together and we simply needed a place to shower and sleep. We arrived around 10:30 p.m. and left around 8:30 a.m. It was easy access to the interstate. The employees were very friendly. Nothing fancy.

The breakfast was the only thing I heard anyone complain about. I did not go to breakfast, so I can't agree or disagree with the comments that they could have more offers.

Did not use reservation

I thought the amenities included a swimming pool and the pool was concreted . I was only using it for the recreation of the pool for the kids and it was in a good location not far from my home

The location was convenient for the event we were attending.

The check-in process was extremely slow. The room was very dated and not particularly well maintained. The ice machine was barely functioning. The breakfast selections were laughable.

Old, poorly maintained motel. Torn carpets. Old dirty love seat in room.

Desk clerk was rude. We needed 2 beds but she refused to change it and let us pay the difference. One of us had to sleep in the car. We were there for business and I will never stay there again. Stayed there before with no problem but she was lazy

Inexpensive, clean

Some marks of a "very inexpensive" motel; i.e. plumbing fixtures not flush with wall, cheap clock buzzed and had to be unplugged, minimal breakfast options.

Room color and set up

Nightly black outs, which causes TV to go on and off in the middle of night. Hotel almost deserted but we couldn't get a late check-out because OUR room was reserved. We were there for two nights, in and out, almost VACANT, but our room was reserved.

Clean, bed very comfortable.

I loved everything about this hotel. It exceeded my expectations. It needs another star and a half. It was very very clean. I would recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

Clean. Quiet. Freshly remodeled.

A little messy as remodeling is ongoing but not really a problem.

The location was very close to everything, yet on a side street. We had AN ISSUE with the shower, but the Manager quickly helped us get a new roomIt was a very nice and clean room. Everything worked.

Covid restrictions still in place.
