- Being on the ground floor
- The room was very clean.
- disgusting facility with NO service No housekeeping you have to take your own trash to the dumpster. I left in the middle of the night due to people noises. I feel traumatized. toilet paper on the floor of the elevator, ripped chair NO kitchen supplies.

- $25 per day for my dog...I paid over half of what I paid for the room for my dog. Never has a hotel charged me $225 non-refundable pet fee for ANY stay
- I arrived 15 minutes earlier than my estimated time - couldn't check in. Had to wait until my estimated ETA before clerk would let me check in. Needed to see my license. Whatever for? No breakfast, no pool, no workout room. Tub had an annoying drip; had to close bathroom door. And the location was behind two other businesses; not exactly off the main road.

Being on the ground floor
