This all-suite, nonsmoking hotel provides kitchens and spacious work areas in every room. They also offer free WiFi throughout the hotel. This hotel is just off Interstate 90 in Hoffman Estates, 25 minutes’ drive from O’Hare International Airport. - Very friendly staff and clean . The Manager was amazing and Xavier was also .I've never been to a hotel as clean and friendly as advertised . They go above and beyond. I totally give them a 5 star ??
- Its in a nice location and I was able to feel safe as well as it was well kept and clean.

- There wasnt anything necessarily, if I have to pick something that was lees than what it could have been, the staff response time. Anytime I went to the front desk I¿d be waiting for someone to show up at the desk for not less that 5 min up to 20 min.
- The rooms the hallways everything was just wore out and old. I checked out and found a better hotel. My room was not clean the floors in my room were disgusting. The head board on my bed was disgusting and not cleaned. The bathroom was disgusting.
