I like that they had a big breakfast but not nearly enough seats for there guest

The elevator was broken most the time it was inconvenient for me especially because I had my kids and was In the 5th. Floor the rooms air conditioner wasn’t working right the pool room felt like a sauna .. I was actually disappointed I expected better

The hotel is so out of date. The floors are so dirty you have to wear shoes in the room. There is a pool which is nice. The room AC is SO LOUD

Staff were exceptional front desk folks. Absolutely pleasant and fun to talk to.

These rooms are so dirty it’s sickening. This hotel is definitely cutting corners with housekeeping and it shows. There were horrible stains in the carpet. You could tell that the beds have been remade, but not actually changed as far as the linen.

I called 3 days earlier for double beds and they confirmed it. When I arrived they said they had 2 weddings going on and no double beds.

To much marihuana(weed)on the third floor that night and that smell was very strong and not pleasant to me!

Monday?s breakfast was better than the one on Sunday.

Breakfast choices on Sunday was very limited. There was no waffles, no bacon,

Loved the accommodations, location and size of the room.

My room was not cleaned properly. When I mentioned to The GM she mentioned she?d send someone to get the room up to the proper standards but no one ever showed up. Very disappointing!!!

Nothing. Breakfast sucked. Pool was cold. There was a dog barking.

Housekeeper knocked on our door at 9:40am wanting us to leave so she can clean. I asked if checkout was at 12. She said yes. I told her we¿ll be out by 11:30am the latest. She rolled her eyes at me.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable .  the front desk was helpful where others had not been.

The wi-fi was a disaster. Very poor signal, or no signal. The first staff member I reached told me there was no solution except to use the lobby wi-fi. The lobby wi-fi was unreliable too. Pool was unavailable.

The breakfast was ok

Pool was closed for maintenance so I had 3 crying kids. There were stains on bedding, curtains, carpets and what looked like blood stain on bathroom wall.

room was clean and had a lot of space for our needs.

Pool was closed that morning and we were never notified. Also they would not extend checkout time. Our phone in the room and fridge did not work.

Front desk ladies were great from beginning to end.

Horrible experience with this hotel. The customer service at the front desk to check you in was horrible and very rude. Got charged twice for the room I will never be going back to that hotel

Everything was great, good price for a room with a sofa. Great healthy breakfast. Loved the steel cut oatmeal and toppings

Front desk girl treated me horriable. She was rude not friendly at all which already made my check in uncomfortable

The beds were thin the mattresses were cheap as well you could feel springs.

We loved this hotel. The location is great in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, generally known to be very safe. The room was clean & beautiful. The free breakfast was an excellent selection. Staff was friendly & knowledgeable.

This hotel has no security cameras or security staff. Our catalytic converter was stolen from our car in the middle of the night. We were parked in the handicap spot by the front door! Big expense.Hyatt Place needs to install cameras to deter the thieves.

Roomy, clean, quiet. This room afforded my family to have enough space for everyone and to be comfortable.
