Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago Burr Ridge

Location to everything we needed to get to was very good.

The room ceiling was leaking. Drywall peeling at seams in softit with water damage. Took them 2.5 days to get a light bulb for the desk lamp. Finally the housekeeper just took another bulb from the room next door so I could work.

This hotel is perfect no complaints at all room was spacious and clean, self changing thermostat and it was quiet my whole stay and doesnt look outdated at all and nice suburban location close to highway

Fantastic hotel! Very clean in all areas including our room. The staff was amazing - nice and helpful. The breakfast was done very well for COVID. Can¿t say enough - great hotel.

Blackout curtains would be nice.

Room was very clean and sanitized as advertised. This is refreshing too know since many are saying it's cleaned to a certain standard but only after your in your paid room you find out otherwise. This Covid 19 virus is real.

Wish the breakfast was a little more ,but the staff is trying to do thier best during these trying times. Most don't offer anything at all.

This is my second time staying at this Hampton inn since Hilton new Covid 19 clean room safequards have been implemented. I am glad to say it seems to be working for those whom welcomed knowing it's been sanitized properly. Thanks

The hotel staff is very friendly and considerate. The awareness of the virus danger and also the safety protacals are posted and used.

Though may sound pretty but there isn't a sleeptimer setting for the television. All good though.

Location was perfect.. cleanliness of hotel was outstanding, and staff was very polite and informational. Will most definitely stay here again when in the Chicago area.

Loved this hotel. Very clean and in a very nice suburb of Chicago. Made our mini trip comfortable and we felt safe here. Nice room, entire hotel very clean. Great workout facility and pool areas. Breakfast included, so that is always nice!
