Staff were rude and unprofessional—no apology. The pool was unusable, windows leaked during rain, A/C register was broken, the hallways were hot and humid, and elevators were out for most of our stay. Bathroom was tiny, and the room was unclean.

Renovation not nearly 6complete and done cheaply Bathroom door bottoms mostly rusted due to water on floor Bathroom curtain is too short and allows water to flood the room. The very small Pantry is used as the conceaire with no chairs or tables. - More!!

The bath tub drain in the room I stayed does not drain smoothly.

Room was "Worn". No icemakers on second floor, icemaker on third floor did not work. No continental breakfast; Only coffee provided. For $---night I expected much more. Could have gotten better value at the La Quinta. VERY DISAPPOINTING FOR A MARRIOTT.

Geared to customer satisfaction:Staff dressed Professional at entrance lobby ck in. Modern style , clean. Gym,laundry..restaurant. The pool wasn't open/ but nice walk/ jogging trail. Rooms clean comfy Shopping close Price was lower than expeced:)

The room décor was nice and light. Comfy bed.

Toilet wouldn't flush - call desk for maintenance to fix. NO MAINENANCE ON CALL. I was handed a plunger. Also, while checking in, woman was talking on the phone. Didn't tell me anything about the hotel (breakfast, amenities, room location).

Very dusty I have been suffering from allergy and jammed up throat since I sleep in the room, Very noisy up and bugs crawling around the walls Over priced, Not even coffee creamer or water to start the morning with coffee Dining room not even open

The front desk staff was super helpful and amazing. The front desk staff made sure my commendations were right and they took care of all of my requests.

The cleanliness of the ice rooms,not having a microwave in my room, the bathroom was super tight to move around in and the closet was super small.

The large window, closet setup and roomy.

I didn’t like the extremely dim light in the bathroom and the bathroom door wouldn’t close. I also didn’t like the fact that the elevator was so far from the room, we took the stairs most of the time.

The ceiling did not cave in while we slept.

No security door, no internet, no tv, unshoveled parking lot, garbage and construction debris in hallway, rude staff who offered only $5 off the price as recompense. As this was a bereavement visit, we didn't want to deal with finding a new place.

It was simple. Check-in and check-out was easy. Hotel was near the places where we wanted to go.

Did not see much staff around the building. It was a very quiet. They were also in the process of remodeling.
