The location

The first room that was given to me was disgusting. They did give me another room that was clean but the stage was set for me. There was also an odor throughout the hotel.

Checking out

The girl (didn?t work there) on drugs that met us in the hallway right after we walked in. The guy with all the tattoos (also didn?t work there) that followed us in the hallway. The bed that was barely a step above sleeping on a futon.

The location

My room keys didn¿t work. There was no phone in my room, and the blanket on the bed was flimsy and not comfortable

The front desk person took about 10 minutes to arrive. I got my room key and 30 minutes later there was someone trying to get in. Then 2 minutes later the desk clerk who checked me in opened my door with her key. She realized her mistake but no apology.

AC broken in the room, in bathroom no curtain. Staff didn¿t help me.

Clean well kept

No notification that the front desk closes at 10 pm

Very clean. Towels soft.

Shower did not work or couldn't take a bath. No hand towels.

Room wasn’t ready. Given another room to change in. Returned keys when left. When we came back late that night we couldn’t get into hotel. Had to drive to another town and stay at another hotel. No response about a refund from anyone.

It was bad neighbor in hall drunk banging on door. 6 police cars came one night and policeman had gun drawn running intoHotel. Then internet was off more than on terrible for Darien!

The location was the best thing I liked

I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay for towels…usually a hotel swap out your dirty towels for free and in exchange you get clean towels but the fact that I had to pay for clean towels is beyond me!

Price

Loud teenagers outside fighting, elevator was dirty.

Not much to say

Room has not hair dryer ( in description should be) , no Kleenex, no cups, no hangers, no coffee. Very noisy. 3 am we were up by a fire alarm

I reserved 2 rooms. Three guest were mentioned on the reservation. When I got to the hotel with my guest, I was told that one of the rooms had been canceled and the manager tried to get in touch with me to see if I had inadvertently over booked. I was on the airplane and obviously missed the call. This caused us to have to spend more money and stay at another hotel in which we really didn’t like.

The manager called me the day of my reservation to clarify my reservation and cancelled one of my rooms without speaking with me.

Roach infestation! In the two minutes we were in the room we saw several roaches on the walls and floor. We left immediately and asked for refund. Room did not match description; seemed to be a converted hospital or something. Description listed two queen beds, but one was a pullout couch (not mentioned anywhere in room description) the size of a double bed.

Nice little kitchenette.

Too much smoke on the floor I was on, and the smell of smoke in the room I was in. Complained about it but no change was made. Very uncomfortable.

Location and price.

All the pot smoke everywhere. Kids roaming the hotel at all hours. Swiping door key cards everywhere. Police showing up on complaints.

I’m guessing this is a housing facility and not a hotel the guests who “live” there have a lot to say about what should and shouldn’t be done on their property. I was completely amazed at them making demands. It was a 7 day stay of hell an I rarely write reviews. They are just a little too mosey for me. I even paid in cash & was told I used a fake credit card it’s ridiculous but I definitely kept my receipt. God Bless

Noisy, other guests smoking and loitering , felt very unsafe , staff was inattentive

We were given a dirty room after receiving the email saying our room was ready. There was a lot of noise all night long.

I booked a room for 4 person. WIFI sucks! Room sleeps 4 but only 2 devices is allowed! What is this????? Only 2 bathroom towel is available, you need to go down to get another 2!!!!
