Great location, super great staff, very clean hotel, 10/10 recommended

Location is great

One night in transit here. Pretty grim, bed mattress sagged in the middle, just felt generally unclean. Grey old sheets. Outdoor Furniture stained . Pool in sister hotel was brown

The location was excellent.

The breakfast was not great at all- the service even worse. Our widows opened o to air conditioners and neighbours so had to keep the blinds drawn all the time . Nothing like the pictures on booking . Com. The staff made us feelLike beggars using the vouchers for welcome drink and breakfast The pool was also very average too.

Excellent location, easy access to beach and restaurants. Rooftop pool at hotel next door. Friendly staff.

In-room air conditioner was too loud; very noisy, especially at night, when the compressor would turn on.

Great location

Bathrooms a bit small but not bad. Our first room cards work and then stopped working had a few situations where is does not work. We had 3 cards at the end.

Let’s start with the positive - bed ok, decent shower and water pressure, nice pillows and moderately clean hotel. Location is amazing. It’s right on Ocean Drive and it’s next to everything. That’s where it ends.

I’ve not felt more like a second class citizen in any of the places I have visited and mind you I travel a lot. I booked it for a one night stay before a cruise so didn’t really pay too much attention to luxury. Felt unsafe - I was given the room farthest from the elevator next to the fire exit. For a solo female traveler, walking through an endless narrow corridor with suitcases and bags is dreading every second. I went downstairs and asked for a room change (I had received an email offering an upgrade to an ocean view suite) but surprise no rooms available. So I was stuck with the room which had all the blinds down so as to not see the dreadful view into the back alley and dirty windows. The person downstairs was nice and apologetic but he offered nothing but vouchers so even when I expressed I do not feel comfortable more safe said nothing he could do. The room itself is decent size, has dared feel but was OK itself. Now comes the rest of the review. You’re given vouchers for drink and for breakfast to go into a ‘sister property’ next door as a welcome and part of the fee (resort fee $32 + 150$ deposit which I am yet to see returned in case of damages). I have recorded a video because I simply do not trust them. Noisy night, the alley is noise, people in corridor but nothing I would not expect from Miami Ocean Drive. Now the next morning, I went to have the breakfast, only to be told that no, this is no longer an option. I had a printed voucher with name and dates and no, apparently they were doing it up until yesterday but not any more. Very rude very inhospitable and unpleasant treatment. Go back to the hotel reception and the lady explains that yes, they must have forgotten but it’s correct even though I was given the voucher 1 hours ago, it does not matter no longer working and that now I need to wait an hour to go to the property next door (Mexican restaurant).

Location: close to the beach and all main attractions, free taxi from the airport to the hotel, great pleasant staff members, clean rooms ( cleaning ladies do an amazing job! ), very decent breakfast! There is a good variety of restaurants offering all kinds of cuisines. Walgreens is just around the corner and has everything you might need during your stay.

The hotel has a perfect location, clean rooms, excellent staff. Sandra at the front desk made the stay careless and way better! Sandra is not only attentive and helpful but also very kind and stands out. It was the pleasure to be taken care by her!!!

Lack of the kettle/coffee maker in the room

1. Amazing location close at Miami South Beach. 2. Room is clean & small but has the basic necessities. 3. American breakfast is provided but at a sister property. Food was decent for a quick bite in the morning.
