- Location, the restaurant in the lobby was good also.

- The hotel and the facilities are very old and need renovations
- Storage and functionality. It?s already small but if they get a good team in to decorate it will be a better utilized space.
- THE WORST customer service, the front desk is a disaster. They are rude, they don't have names' tags, if you run into an employee with a ponytail, please avoid him, he doesn't know anything about being polite or he doesn't want to be polite.
