- The room was beautifully appointed and quite exquisitely comfortable. Nice to have robes too. Bell staff was very helpful and informative.
- It's hard to pick one thing. The staff were warm and welcoming and the facility was immaculate
- The location. Nice sized room. Nice bathroom.
Cons -
- The resort fee because I was unable to use any amenities. arrived after 6pm on Tues, when pool closes for ?deep cleaning?. Disappointed! beach concessions open 10:30am, but checkout is 11 so again, no chance to use the amenity covered by the resort fee.
- The bed needed to be replaced. Something was causing me to it also.
- The blind in the room would not go down/close so it was too bright in the room to sleep.
