A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. We do not require a deposit until you are at the front desk for check-in. If you are contacted and ask to pay deposits or for any requests for payments, please disregard any such requests. Beach Place Hotel will not be held liable for any payments or transactions requested outside of the hotel premises and bears no responsibility to reimburse any guest that chooses to engage in these fraudulent transactions.
