Stairwells full of spiders and trash. Room rank of mildew and mold when mentioned front desk told me I was unable to get a refund even thought I have a baby and the conditions of the room was a health hazard.

Room walls were paper thin. I didn¿t get more than a couple hrs sleep because of listening to people walking around over me until 4am and neighbor listening to tv and talking. Not super loud, just like he was in the room with me. I needed the sleep!

Nice hard surface floors but dirty. Bare feet we black after walking on them. The towels were thread bare and some had holes. Disappointed.

location was convenient however for what it was worth I should¿ve continued to drive the 30 miles back and forth every day

The hotel was dirty. Rusty refrigerator and microwave. Tub wasn¿t clean.

The worst experience of my life. First off the TV didn¿t work. Second off the AC leaked on the floor by the door the whole carpet was wet. Then when you take a shower you turn the knob falls on in your hand.

I didn¿t like anything about my experience at this hotel experience at this hotel. It was a whole ways of my --- in dollars ..

Price was OK

The outside was not clean. General appearance was unkept! Bathroom towels were gray not white! For a well known company this motel is a disgrace! We will never stay at this motel ever! We travel a great deal this was awful!

Surrounding the grounds dirty and stinky. Hotel is old and needs upgrade but is clean as can be expected given its age and lack of upkeep: upgrades.

Proximity to where we were going

There were mounds of garbage piled up in the upstairs and downstairs breezeway. The next morning it was still there. Also garbage cans overflowing. There was also a garden hose running back and forth across the sidewalk (trip hazard).

10:00 no answer on the phone when she answer she told me I can check in at noon at 12:30 there was nobody there when I pulled to the hotel a lady was living in front of me that was a manager she looked at me andleft she went to Walmart

Lobby was closed could not get breakfast. People/construction workers. were staying at the hotel who decided to bring all the furniture from in the rooms out into the breezeway where they had a party and kept me up all night long I

The woman at the front desk was extremely nice.

It wasn¿t very clean. The mattress pad had food crumbs on it. The room didn¿t smell very good. It was as if they had to use a lot of air freshener to cover up the skunky smoke smell. In retrospect, I would have chosen differently.

1ST ROOM was clean... 2nd room toilet not working 3rd room someone open my room with a key thinking it's his room and my key didn't work

Nothing at all.

Cleanliness and general maintenance was substandard. Bathroom light did not work. Door lock extremely questionable. No one was there to open breakfast on time. Check in process was a wreck. Don¿t think they had anyone overnight.
