- The customer service. Hotel employee has made us lifetime customers.

Cons -
- Doors slam heavy.
- No
- One of the elevators were out of order for days; however, it was not the hotel's fault. The repair man came and then left without letting the staff know he couldn't fix it. This was during the week and not on a weekend. They need a new repair service
