Sheraton Mountain Vista Villas, Avon / Vail Valley

The room and fitness facility were exceptional! The location is convenient and walkable to any Avon restaurant, hotel, lake, walkway, really nice.

No air conditioning, only one elevator working, lots of loud kids at pool and using skateboard/ scooters inside lobby and by the elevator. Being told by front desk staff, when asking where to park and paying $70 nigh “good luck” finding a spot.

Location, suite/villa and staff. Everybody was very friendly.

Barely any shower pressure! It was so bad, I didn't take a shower. Didn't matter much to me because I was only there for one night, but if it was multiple days...I would complain.

To close to the highway because there?s no air-conditioning, you have to keep the windows open at night, but you can hear all of the cars driving by

Pool and Hot tube were amazing. Room is clean, beds comfortable, staff pleasant and helpful. Quiet and felt safe. Had a wonderful stay

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel room was perfect size for two people. The hot tubs were a nice feature after a long day of skiing.

No hot water. Called technician. Said hotel may have been working on the line or bubble in the line. He got hot water to work, but it remained periodically cold unless we ran it for awhile. Fireplace in master bedroom not working. Placed another call:(

Convenient to shuttle stops, free parking, easy elevator access to parking.

Very easy to hear next-door neighbors.

The hotel did not accommodate my travel plans. The pass was closed and could not make the reservation. The hotel did not find any reason to treat customers fairly.

Balcony view, full sized fridge, washer/dryer, and most comfortable bed!

Concierge was never available to provide free check in gift promised by front desk

Staff was great. Bed was comfortable and room was big. No AC but the fans work great to circulate and cool air.

Shower tile was icky and the bench at the foot of the bed had a broken edge at the bottom that cut my partner¿s foot. Reported the issue but received no follow up beyond Night auditor bringing band aids. Expected a bit better for the price tbh.

Location and room size good.

There were some minor broken things, like towel rack in bathroom, bedroom window did not open easily. It was very expensive for not having a restaurant or bar onsite.

It was close to the family I was visiting

1- first morning coffee pot didn¿t work, waited 3 hours for a replacement 2- first night, jets in tub didn¿t work. Maintenance worked on it and said it was fixed; it still didn¿t work 3- the gas grill would not light

We've been at Avon 3 times and stayed at this hotel. This year , the hotel is dirty. The manager should pay attention !!!

Friendly Staff; always ready to help!

No; except maybe, it could be a little cleaner (specifically, the shower and bathroom floor).

The room had a kitchenette and stackable laundry which made the stay convenient.

The room had some issues such as the patio door not locking, ripped upholstery on a chair, and the toilet ran continuously unless I opened the lid and adjusted the chain.

Beautiful room Grill on deck and fully stocked kitchen. The bed was so comfortable. Well stocked area for wine and snacks.

Never seen so much done to have All things never touched.

It was not a vacation but either way, we received a warm welcome and a room that met our immediate needs especially having a small dining area, washer/dryer, and a separate room.

I did not have any qualms about this hotel.

Loved the big rooms with kitchen, fireplace, and living room!

We liked everything except the heating and air

It was hot in the rooms with no way of regulating the temperature other than by opening the for and windows which made it noisy

Pool and hot tub were by appointment and it was booked up.
