The hotel is new and clean. Good firm beds.

They charge $20 per night to park in the lot that is just around the building. Excessive price for parking.

Hotel is very nice and new. Lobby and rooms were clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable

The only thing I didnt like was the terrible water pressure in the shower. It took me forever to wash my hair

If you’re picking this hotel bc it has a pool, know that it’s very small and only accommodates a handful of kids and it was very busy. Pull out couch bed could’ve been a little cleaner but everything else was excellent

They charged me an extremely high pet fee ($60) and they were rude about it. Room was smelly.

Heater didn?t work- got it fixed, still did not work well, hidden 30 dollar parking even though far from vail, breakfast was average, nothing special

It is a brand new property. The public spaces were nice. The free breakfast buffet was of good quality. Had a full bar in the evening. The location is easy to access from I-70. Nice mountain view from the pool and hot tub.

They charge $20.00 per night for parking. It would be understandable if it were a downtown city hotel with limited parking space and required a valet but there was plenty of parking space. This is clearly an unreasonable ?cash grab?.

Having to pay to park was a low-class move. This isn't an urban area without parking space. This was a money grab.

Shuttle was abysmal. They really don’t have a shuttle. It’s runs 3 times a day and if you miss it you are effectively stranded. My child wet their ski pants and gear waiting for a shuttle that came and left and never turned back despite calls and requests to. If you to get anywhere bring a car and pay the $20 for parking in an outdoor ordinary hotel lot which was also a raw cash grab.
