    Pros +

    • We arrived at 7 o¿clock in the evening and my five-year-old was already asleep. They do not have the room ready until 10:30 PM and we sat in the car until that time. Horrible I called the desk four times and they kept saying the maids were working on it
    • There were several things we were pleased with: 1) The staff was first class including the concierge. 2) For the price, the room was over the top! 3) The mini-kitchen was more than enough.
    • Great location to ski in-and-out.

    Cons -

    • Granted the room was nice but we were getting up at 5 to go skiing for spring break so we needed sleep. We drove from Kansas and as a nurse practitioner- I had already had a busy day. We paid for a hotel room to be ready @ 3 pm and we waited til 10:30 pm
    • The parking garage was confusing. After the 2nd day we finally got the pattern down.
    • Parking is NOT free ...... up to $30/day.

The parking garage was the biggest nightmare and we've stayed in places all over the world. Half of the staff was brand new and were clueless to any issue we raised. It was laughable it was so bad.

The hot tub.the beautiful room, the staff,

I think we should be told ahead of time about $15 parking fee.

Very clean and I loved the decor. Well equipped gym with clean locker rooms and a steam room. The three outdoor hot tubs were nice as well.

It would be nice to have a few more restaurants to choose from since we were unable to leave due to weather.

Amazing location in Avon. Phenomenal gym and hot tub. Friendly staff.

Nothing. This place has everything you want in a mountain stay.

Our room was accessed through the basement. You literally enter through the parking lot, completely isolated from the hotel's facilities and amenities. Room service was never available. To order food, we had to take our car to the basement and drive to the front desk to request service there.

Comfortable, incredibly nice staff and gorgeous rooms, easy parking, beautiful location and all ammenities- just a great getaway!!! Loved it!!!

    there wasn’t anything that I didn’t like

I have been visiting the Westin in Avon twice a year for the past seven years. It does not disappoint! It is quieter than staying in Vail. It is family and dog friendly, has a fantastic gym, outdoor pool and hot tub. I love that you can paddle board or walk around the tail at lake Nottingham. It is a great place to stay and will not disappoint!

The service at the pool was disappointing. Drinks and food service was very slow compared to previous years. New staff was not well trained.

    7ElizabethPosted on: 12-19-2022

it had a little market/grocery store inside and a Starbucks. the gym and spa seemed great but I couldn’t check it out because I had my kids with me. no babysitting service!!!

there’s a shuttle that goes to Beaver Creek village just once an hour so a pain to get to the village. the gondola they have only gets you to the Landing, not to the village so unless you have a lift ticket, you can’t get there via the gondola.

loved the location and facilities. absolutely beautiful and clean.

the food was horrendous. cold poor taste and the kitchen staff were really poor.

    7KristinPosted on: 6-4-2022

the spa is really high quality

lack of staff, restaurant was closed, Starbuck was closed, and no one adequately explained where our room was located so we wandered around all over looking for it

    8RussellPosted on: 5-10-2021

Was unable to eat there all reservations were filledDoesn’t make sense to me that you gave reservations for breakfast Should be first gone first serve

The same thing with the Myar (sp ) restaurant Was looking forward to eating thereWe came to dine at 6Pm plenty of open tables but was told all the empty tables had reservations at 7 PMRIDICULOUS

This property was quiet and very clean. The villas had absolutely anything you could think of or need in a studio apartment. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable.

The nicer restaurant at the resort was pricey for what it was, but the ambience and decor was pleasant.

Westin Villas is full of loud, screaming children. They are everywhere in all public areas! The lobby bar, the lobby lounge areas, all 3 jacuzzi pools, swimming pool, the steam room and spa locker room. This doesn't provide a relaxing atmosphere in anyway! All reviews about this property that I read were misleading, as the reality of my stay there was that it is over run with families with small children. There were children jumping into the jacuzzi pools. There were toddlers in "swim diapers" in the jacuzzi pools. Even though the hotel signs state "Children under 16 years old are prohibited from the jacuzzi pools and steam room". The hotel does not enforce this policy!

It was strange that the concierge kept trying to "schedule a meeting with me" when I think she was just trying to discuss a timeshareat this location.

    6ChrisPosted on: 2-24-2012

Enjoyed the gym, gondola on site, saline hot tub, deluxe locker room with variety of products.

Young children in hot tubs and locker room, jumping in pool, some in diapers, some unattended and noisy.

    9VerifiedPosted on: 2-16-2012

    Saline hot tubs & pool.

Having to walk thru a dark & dirty parking garage to get to the pool/hot tub/spa - or walk outside in the clod.
