Pros +
- The kids liked the pool & ping-pong (after we figured out the door codes posted in the recreation lobby). The unit itself was very nice and comfortable. We did encounter 2 staff members and they were super nice and accommodating.
- They are able to let us check in early and it was really great!
Cons -
- I worried about getting the unit door code before we arrived (did not send until the day of arrival) so I tried calling their customer service # many times and only got a recording. They never returned my call. There was not an employee at the property
