My husband and I overslept we were woke up by housekeeping and the manager I assume all were extremely rude and housekeeping stood at the door yelling for us to be out in 5 minutes then tried to block the door demanding a tip we wonÂ¿t be back

The front desk guy asked for Id for me and my guest and stated he does this for every 6 person, this has never happen before at any hotel. The room was cold, There was hair in the shower and in the bed. the TV was only a small 20 inch.
