Everything was great. All staffs are good and polite especially the receptionists. also the place is very good and clean. The staff are exceptional and hold high standards to their work. Loved the original traditional charm. Will come back again The place is great, and I really don't understand why some people have left negative reviews. If you're looking for something better, you might need to spend more for a higher level of service. But for me, everything was fantastic the rooms were excellent, and the staff was amazing, especially Mohamed and Mostafa
