- The TV kept turning off on its own. The AC was on but never got below 23°C despite my setting - so it was too warm. The format and service of the breakfast buffet was chaotic. The cheese & tomato sandwich I got at the lobby cafe was terrible.
- We were unable to actually go, but their customer service was very helpful.
