Pros +
- the supervisor was amazing She did a great job,made me love the hotel more I had a problem in my reservation and she fixed it for me
- Wonderful location along the Nile, near the Egyptian Museum, Tahir Square, many Embassies. Also the staff are very professional.  the Concierge Manager is fantastic, the Executive Lounge, and all other staff.
- Honestly, the Nile view was wonderful and the lounge access was a nice bonus. Unfortunately, there's no way to reach the lounge access for VIP check-in. So you are still forced to wait in the long line in the lobby and deal w/ the rude desk.
Cons -
- Everything is great as is expected from the Hilton brand.
- Will NEVER stay at another Conrad Hotel. Disappointed w/the negligence for a client's safety. The crib provided was not only an absolute hazard but a POTrash. I woke to my baby's head dangling from a rip in bottom of the crib & the manager did nothing.
- Car noise in the morning

Wonderful location along the Nile, near the Egyptian Museum, Tahir Square, many Embassies. Also the staff are very professional.  the Concierge Manager is fantastic, the Executive Lounge, and all other staff.
Everything is great as is expected from the Hilton brand.

The hotel is quite good and good location. The reception guy helped me a lot during my stay as he was very welcoming and quick in finding reservations and has a good sense of humor.
