- The room was the only thing ok. Everything else was a total desastre! Ok

- The people were rude . Always a lot of men at the door . Sometimes with guns !!! Terrible !! Personnel extremely rude. No service after 10 pm not even ice or water!!!!!!! No llave to sit and relax except on the lobby that a have a few chairs.
