Beds very confortable, great location, nice restaurant!

We asked the staff for a wake up call to leave to the bus station and they never called.

Not enough places to sit , Pool Sauna and Gym are just fine ,Same breakfast and some food are not refiled

Breakfast was good and lots to choose from. The park across the street was nice, clean and safe.

The hotel is located near a park, with nice cafes around. It is located in a commercial area, so we had a big supermarket at walking distance, zara, Falabella and restaurants.

The coffee at breakfast was not good.

Very clean, the area was safe, lots of restaurants in walking distance. The pool was warm and comfortable, and many options for breakfast. Definitely suited to those traveling for business, with a full ironing board and iron in every room, as well as a clothes line in the bathroom.

There was a strik earlier morning, just in front of the door, which they use big speaker face the hotel.

Rooms were comfortable and clean.

The customer service was very bad. We were a group of 20 people staying and it felt as if they were doing us a favor regarding the stay.

We loved everything about this place. It totally deserves the highest rating it has. Exceptional service, staff is always there to help. All the facilities are new, rooms are meticulously clean, VERY quiet- good sleep. And of course the pool with downtown view.

Very small spaces to move around. The room was fine, but lobby, breakfast lifts etc quite compact. Weird glass wall to get to toilet. Difficult light switches. Charges or water bottles..

The food wasn't great; limited options and the pastries not fresh.

Everything was very good. Good and quet room in a tranquillo situated area. The staff was very very friendly, in special the people at the reception. Anytime again.
