You have to reserve time at the pool. Pool water was more like a hot tub - too warm. Smart TV remote was hard to operate. They tell you that they won¿t clean your room unless requested, but as soon as you leave they do. Found that to be strange.

Not much to dislike.

This property is located in a nice area of Lima, Peru and it is surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The staff is friendly and helpful.My room was very clean and spacious. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. Additionally, the rooms do not have microwaves in them. The breakfast at this property was amazing! They offered a wide variety of breakfast food items. I was extremely happy with the daily breakfast primarily because of the large selection of food and more importantly the great taste and flavor!!

The "open area" bathroom. The bathroom was not a separate enclosed room. The shower had a door, and the toilet had a different door, and then you had an open bathroom sink area. There was no counter space for your toiletries and when you step out of the shower you are in an open space drying your skin while freezing. This is not the best bathroom set up for a female who requires countertop space! Pay close attention to the bathroom photos when selecting your room.

The hotel was great, the staff amazing especially Aaron, he was able to extend our check out time until 2pm which is amazing. I will definitely be returning to this hotel on my next trip to Lima

Location, layout and bed quality.

Room on 10th floor with excessive noise of some hotel-s device to HVAC or Elevator, Breakfast is OK but always lack of coffee and need to ask for refill thermos. I come to this Alfot since inauguration. The price had been incremented not i a same level of closest hotel. This time arranged several colleagues there, but when i will visit alone definitely the price could be choose other hotel.

The room was spacious and the location was good. Nice buffet breakfast.

They added a 10% service charge to the bill. It should have been made clear that this would be additional to the advertised rate at the time of booking.

Nice hotel, seems brand new.

The front desk staff was confused about payment. I paid my total bill upon areival to include early check in. The front desk guy charged me again for early check out so I had to confront that issue to get my money back. They also tried to charge me again for the entire stay after I'd already check out

Great location in the heart of Miraflores. Close to restaurants, and a few blocks away from Larcomar and sea front. Modern room with good bathroom. Small but decent gym.

Has a desk to Work

The desk chair, the Chrome cast was difficult to settle up, I tried several times until eventually work it out (same story the rest of the days)

Cleaning service, good wifi, hot water and strong water pressure (not matter of course in Peru). Very helpful staff.

The shower head cannot be held in the hand (and there were no bidets). The staff should remove breakfast dishes from the table just when guests finish and leave the table, not earlier, sometimes you want to still use it.
