- I didn’t like having 2 towel hangers when it slept up to 5 people. I didn’t like not being able to access other floors. I followed instructions to keep the towels hanging but they were folded and put away wet. We didn’t know whose towels were whose. Not nearly enough hangers. Washing our clothes was $117.00 USD!!!!

Very clean hotel, nice breakfast, friendly staff. They have beautiful jacuzzi on rooftop. we liked the location. We could walk to some of them ( like inca market) and take uber to other ones)

They never had what they show on the menus for most of the week! Ran out of Red Bull drink and never replaced. Ran out of steak on the menus h ch or days! Had to leave and find a restaurant.

That at night there was not too many security at the entrance of the hotel. The lobby is not on the first floor like all of the other hotels.
Location, price, and reputation of the Hotel
Staff didn't help me to print my returning boarding ticket. I was told they can not print the ticket. Besides there was no personal printer in the Hotel that we could use in that type of issue.
