The aj¿ de gallina and lomo saltado in the restaurant were good. The location is near a Wong grocery store, which is nice.

Saddest front desk staff I¿ve seen in Lima. No one smiled. Tense😬 atmosphere. Saw manager chastise employee in front of me. 2 staff entered my room without knocking. Room smelled of mildew and car exhaust from street

The hotel was quiet and clean. The staff friendly and professional.

Old room features. Poor illumination in room and bathroom. Shower fixtures. Room requires modernization of all the above.

Excellent location, very good buffet breakfast included, big and comfortable room.

At the breakfast there was only gluten free toast, I was expecting some options of vegan milk as well such as coconut or almont, some more gluten free options would be highly appreciated so we can have the same experience of other guests

staff at lobby counter could smile a little to greet when one walks in, and try to help with opening the door/luggage on arrival, if /when possible. gym equipment could be updated. some dumbbells are missing. treadmills have been broken for several months. 2 very drunk men in terrace next to gym at 7am and few empty bottles on the floor (september 26th)

staff at front desk/counter could try and be more consistent about making eye contact with a smile when guest enters lobby, and attempt at least to open door, help with luggage if they are not too busy

The breakfast was delicious, and the bed was comfortable. I like the new bedroom floors.

The humidity left the towels a bit moist, so there should be more towels in the room so that they are dry for the next morning.

Location and minimalist atmosphere. Great breakfast. Melisa was wonderful in setting up pickups at airport for me and my 11 family arriving at different times!

Walk-in shower was small but good. Prefer handheld shower spray. Bathtub a little slippery.

Everything was well done! Clean, great breakfast, helpful staff, handy and reliable laundry service and superb location. Had provided transportation for 4 separate arrivals at airport with ease.

Need more rooms with walk-in showers. Much safer!

The room felt very humid at all times. It was a little uncomfortable to sleep in but I was only for work so I didn’t spend much time in the room.

Despite having had some terrible experiene a few years back, we dedided to go back and I am glad to say we noticed marked improvement in everything, as it used to be just before the pandemia.The staff were very helpful, breakfast was excellent, room was spotlessly clean. Actually, we had dinner at the hotel on two occasions and I highly recommend their grilled octopus - out of this world!Congratulations to the management for having brought in a very capable head of reservations and many thanks to all the staff from the cleaning ladies, to front desk personnel and all the restaurant staff for making this a very pleasant stay.

The only suggestion I have is for the hotel to install safety grab bars in the bathtub and showers.

The staff are all friendly. The bed is comfortable. Shower is great. WiFi is fast and stable in the room and lobby, but you will lose it in the hallways. The gym on the top (8th) floor is better than similar hotels, but not the best (around 8 lifting machines, 4 treadmills, and some dumbbells). Breakfast is decent, but you get the exact same food every single day. Depending on the number of hotel guests, some items may run out of food before you get there.

The rooms and common areas are a bit cold. Since a lot of windows are open, it's mostly the outside temperature. The A/C system has heating disabled, and we had to ask several times for them to fix it so we could heat the room. We didn't receive the free room upgrade in booking when we checked in. But at least the hotel manager attempted to make this right. When I realized the mistake near the end of our stay, we received free drinks and late checkout.

Good breakfast. Excellent room (upgraded). A value for the money.
