Hyatt Centric San Isidro-Lima

The minute you walk in you're greated bywelcoming staff and walk into a cozy upscale lobby. The rooms were very clean and the beds were so comfortable! Every single staff member went above any beyond to ensure our stay was top tier. We looked forward to the breakfast buffet every morning. We will definitely be back!

Excellent stay, came here due to a bad Airbnb experience and the staff are helpful, the hotel is very clean, rooms are comfortable - have AC and windows that open, comfortable bed and pillows.

Unparalleled care given to the needs and whims of the guests. Warm, welcoming and very hospitable from the smiles to the welcome drink. The food is amazing and the breakfast buffet is as varied with something for everyone. Coffee is next level ! The food is fresh and full of flavor! I appreciated all the fresh juices. The staff is very attentive and the manager floats around to check that they are meeting your needs. I highly recommend this property. We were not here for business but we appreciate the high standards of Hyatt so we chose the property .

The moment you step into the Hyatt you are greeted with exceptional customers service. Front desk and reception begin your stay with the highest quality customer service. The room was made up perfectly with every need addressed and being acceptionally clean with great views of the city. The luxury continues with the pool on the roof with views overlooking the city. Bar next to the pool offer drinks with local tastes continuing with the ability to sit look out to city in the comfy seating. The restaurant as wonderful food with both local and international tastes. We had the opportunity to enjoy the breakfast buffet that was beautiful in presentation and great tastes. Before our stay ended we also enjoyed room service of comfort foods that hit the spot. We also used the Hyatt pick and drop off service that took away any travel worries from airport to city. Highly recommend Hyatt if staying in Peru and take moments to be pampered.

We loved the gym, sauna, and pool. The breakfast was delightful. The rooms are spacious and modern. Upon check-in, they left fresh baked cookies and juice in our room. The restaurant has delicious food. All staff was friendly and helpful. Safe neighborhood close to all the sites.

The breakfast is amazing! Lots of variety, there's something for every different taste. I didn't have the opportunity to use the pool because it only serves 7am-7pm, but it is really beautiful.

I was expecting a tub for this tier... the shower was very good tho.

There was a car on the street that it’s alarm went on about 5 am and the noise was evident in the rooms.

Staff was very accomodating and welcoming! They went above and beyond to ensure our stay here at The Hyatt Centric San Isidro was the best. The rooms were very clean and comfortable! We looked forward to the breakfast buffet every morning. We will definitely come back to stay here!!

Great attention and service. The food is amazing for a breakfast buffet, is all new produce every other day. The beds are comfortable and the AC was great.

I still didn’t get invoice sconce one week after asking. Will wrote another mail. Not normal!Also the price is exaggerated and quality corresponds more to 4 star in European classification.

Location was good

The staff gave us a room that smell like mold. We asked to change it a couple of times and every room they showed us smell like mold. We then again asked to change it and before we came into the room, the house keeping sprayed it with some air freshener so hard that it was impossible to breathe. That was the worst part because they were treating us like idiots with this spraying solution instead of upkeeping with the moldy smell. Later in the night we came in and our cards weren’t working. The staff gave us vouchers for free pisco sour. Luckily we did have pisco sours in the hotel that night and we put that charge on our room so we assumed that we could cover those with the vouchers. The staff didn’t allow us to do that. Overall felt like they don’t care about you at all. I had a much better experience in Iberostar in Lima which is at the same price point as Hyatt centric so I would highly recommend to choose that one. The service quality and the amenities are unparalleled.

Variety of food at breakfast. Was able to take a couple of sandwiches for lunch before flight. Swimming pool. Staff extremely caring and helpful.

The cost of getting clothes washed and dried.

Lighting was very poor.. especially by the coffee station.So I couldn’t figure out the coffee machine..Went downstairs thinking you would have free coffee for guests.. but no was charged quite a bit .No free breakfast for a room that was $180.

Instead of a study table with suitable lighting, there was an odd round table in the room and no table lamps. Makes it difficult to use my laptop to work on properly for a business trip. Maybe they were out of tables being APEC
