Best Western Plus Urban Larco Hotel

The staff is really helpful, willing to help in anything they can.

Looks like there is no trained back up for the main desk person. I had to wait until she got back to be able to settle the bill and help me with transportation. The wait was not long and the person at the desk was not sure what to do for a few minutes.

Location, staff, cleanliness were great.

Orr bed needed either flipping or replacement as it was not flat

Quite room.

The parking elevator locked me in and I could not get out. Severe panic attack. Not sure what the staff did wrong, but I checked in at another hotel so as to avoid the parking elevator. Scarey!

There really isnt a "mar view" and the breakfast should be better . And trying to charge a full night for a early check in is crazy

I usually don't have time to write reviews but my wife told me we should this time. I stayed at this hotel before years ago. The cheaper rooms have fake windows which opens to a concrete wall. For a jail cell feel, book those and for a real window of the street, pay to upgrade and they will charge you fees on top of the price to upgrade. My wife said they made her feel like a criminal because they briefly detained her after I checked out since her flight was delayed and she arrive at 5 am at the hotel and did not know she had to register (we were also very tired and the receptionist did not ask). The second time we stayed there, they also called my room twice within half an hour telling us that we need to pay USD $25 extra and fees on top of that if she stays longer than 1 hour in the room. Chasing me down for that $25 and not realizing that they will lose my business in the future because I go Peru 4-5 times a year. Breakfast very limited and fruits not fresh at all. Probably from the day before. I wanted to ask them if they would eat it? Bring your own hair conditioner, soap bar, comb, slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. No free coffee for you in the room.

Great location, good internet, being able to use the nearby SmartFit gym with a complimentary Beat Western membership.

Difficult to bring visitors to room for business meetings. I reserved a suite especially for that and the hotel business c nter was uncomfortable, and guests could only visit for an hour. Coffee at breakfast was horrible, other food was ok to fine. Wish they had separate shampoo and conditioner, the 2 in 1 combination they had hade my hair dry.

Super good location close to Larcomar where a lot of good restaurants and shoppers including a supermarket. Great sunset was so beautiful from there. Staff were so helpful.

The location was excellent. Very close to the waterfront and excellent shopping and dining.

Location is great, next to Larcoma shopping center for food, holiday vibe, ocean view.Also is the first stop of the airport shuttle.Room clean, service great, reception desk very helpful.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are nice and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Location is great. Breakfast is good too.

It would be great if they can provide conditioner in the bathroom.
