Restaurant staff very friendly and helpful!

They completely turned off the water overnight on Saturday night, beginning at 10:00 pm. After a flight delay, we had to rush to the room and shower to beat this deadline. Our tour was Sunday morning at 4:30, so the provided water helped us brush teeth.

The Staff was Excellent. They went out of their way to help me with numerous issues/questions. Breakfast was great, as usual. They keep everything clean and well stocked.

The hotel is showing it's age a little. My AC sort of worked but not to any great degree. I had my dog with me and I was put in a room with an adjoining door to the next room. My dog could smell and hear them thru the bottom space.

It's quiet and comfortable. Coffee in the cafe was excellent. Staff was very friendly and anxious to please.

No one even tried to explain how the key cards were needed to access the elevator & room lights. They have never heard of a "bath wash cloth". Breakfast was ok but chaffing dishes were not kept hot. "Hot food" was lukewarm.

The front desk service was very distasteful and apprehensive when I had to inquired about an unauthorized charge to my credit without my approval. My concern over the disparity of 2 separate bills made the clerk easily irate becoming patronizing.

I loved the room, the bed was so comfortable it was hard to get out of it in the morning. The bathroom is very comfortable too, all the necessities were in place. The rooftop was beautiful, pool was warm and the morning buffet style breakfast was great.

The beds were comfortable. The location is good for walking, getting to where you need to go, relatively quiet neighborhood.

The internet signal did not reach our room, so we had no access while in our room. In general, things were dirty, not well cared for. Bathroom shower mold. Elevator outage for at least 5 days.

I’m taking a couple of stars because I was asked to change rooms. Apparently it needed to be fixed. I obliged. The next day my alternate room was not ready and it was not with the type of bed I requested. I was on a tight schedule and this back and forth was very stressful. At the end, the hotel sent me back to my original room. When I asked about the ficx they needed to do they said that it was all a mistake. Mmm …I’ve stayed at this hotel 3+ times. I haven’t had issues in the past and I was expecting better customer service on this occasion.

Friendly staff, easy check in, nice neighborhood. Right across the street from a convenience store/ gas station, right around the corner from restaurants. House keeping was very accommodating to my request.

The breakfast was great. More options than other hotels we stayed at during this trip. I enjoyed staying in San Isidro. It was a great distance from the boardwalk

Beware of the hotel charging holds on your card through your stay. I had to dispute this with them when they finally released the hold. I had paid the hotel before the stay but felt the random holds were unnecessary. The room was nice but if I come back to Peru I will not stay with this hotel again due to the staff being rude and the random holds on my credit card through the stay. Also at checkout time they make you stay at the front lobby until they get someone to see your room to deem it acceptable which I found bizarre especially when you have a flight to catch.

The breakfast was very basic . We stay for 8 days and they serve every day the same.

The location was perfect because it's safe, it's near a lot of restaurants and not so far of the airport. The staff provides valuable information about the city, transport and is very kind.
