Unfriendly staff Unhelpful front desk

The room was comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was a very good culinary experience featuring a, for us, unique culinary experience. The front desk personnel were capable and courteous with a good ability to communicate in English.

I liked the hotel in general, is clean, the service for the restaurant was wonderful, yohanna was son kind with us in the restaurant, all of them in general but the hotel needs more people like her

I did not like the moment for the payment and the tax return because the bill was not correct and I had to corroborated it with the front desk and at the end, taxes where returned but I felt there was an amount out of of the return and finally they said will return it but I had to maintained a conversation via whatsapp from my country because the amount that the hotel charged on the credit card was not congruent with the amount of the original reserve made from Booking.

A little disappointed with the front desk staff.We checked n and no one offered to bring the bags to our room. In all the hotel we stayed in Peru an employee would bring us to the room and share any details … not in this one!

The staff wasn’t the best.. it was never offered to take our luggage to our room. Didn’t seem like the great service I was expecting and received in Cusco and Puño hotels.

Breakfast was fantastic. The sea view from 13th floor was amazing. Location perfect for us. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby.

No rooftop, no pool, . With those stunning views I couldn’t believe when I asked and they said no pool. Also for the amount of money that we paid, you would think they would at least Include breakfast.

Stunning view of the ocean from the 14th floor. The entire Miraflores neighborhood is gorgeous. Felt very safe/friendly to walk around.

Couldn't figure out how to get down to the beach... My fault. Laugh..!

Loved this location directly across from the ocean. There was a mall across the road with many options for dining.Quiet, comfortable room, nice bedding, great towels.I appreciated the extras like bottled water in the fridge and the selection of coffee and tea.The rainhead shower is fabulous!

The upgrade oceanfront room is a must for the view over the cliff. Location adjacent to mall with lots of shopping and good restaurants. Value is great compared to nearby properties, the rooftop garden restaurant had great food and service and great view at sunset. Water pressure was great in the shower.

The location was convenient. The room was spacious - not pokey. Staff were friendly.

Miscommunication with reception staff regarding a dining room. We were advised there wasn't one but that there was room service, so we went elsewhere looking for dinner when we could have much more conveniently eaten at the hotel.
