Excellent location, super clean. Everything was great! Personnel at the front desk were amazing.

Modern hotel. Comfortable rooms. Good breakfast.

Pool was small and not deep. It says 1.20 meters but it’s more like 1 meter. Rooms are separated by drywall so you might be heard or hear people. Gym is very small but ok for a quick workout. Don’t expect too much from these areas (gym/pool)

Very nice hotel , well located with a great city view from top floors. Breakfast was also very good. A good option on the way to Cusco.

The breakfast made me give it a 6 literally egg and fruits . Staff are great but they need to know more about the surrounding so they can help guest .

Nice room, helpful staff who helped organise our taxi transfers ahead of our arrival

No water inside the rook even though Lima water is not drinkable. There was some confusion about the taxi transfers, even though we had booked to go to the Cruz del Sur terminal, the hotel kept on wanting to send us to the hospital. The taxi prices were also very expensive when organised via the hotel. I wouldn't go back there.

Maybe a bit more breakfast variations and weirdly the shower took like 5 minutes to warm up

Amazing breakfast! Yummy & staff was incredibly kind! The hotel pool was perfect for the kids letting out energy and the room views were awesome!

The hot water ran out pretty quickly at nighttime, so we all had to switch to morning showers, but even then it wasn’t really really hot, just above lukewarm

The room looked nice and the bed was very confortable. I also liked that the blinds on the windows could be rolled down to a complete dark in the room.

I felt the air circulation in the bathroom wasn't perfect.

- nice breakfast,- swimming pool and gym,- great wifi- great view from the room window- guiet and safe- better than Mira Flores - no crowds, and nearer to the airport

All was ok, but the prices for loundry service was 10 times higer than directly in the loundry office! (26 soles plus 28% tax for one T-shirt, and we paid previously 16 soles for 6 kg and 30 soles for again 6 kg but for express service the same day in weekend).

Disappointing

I am very disappointed about this hotel, I select this hotel because of its pool. But, when I checked in. The reception staff ( a lady ) told me that pool is not available till 20 April. She didn't say a sorry or give me a warm regard, just told me that hotel always post this message into book.com. She made me feel that I didn't notice this message is my fault.. I met her when I checked out. As usual, her service is also not friendly... I also felt very disappointed about booking.com. When I booked the room. It is with pool, this is very import for me. Unfortunately, Booking didn't send me a message about the pool is not available. The temporary close message is posted on somewhere is not easy to note it. I originally plan to stay at this hotel for 15 days. But, I immediately check out next day.....because of its very pool service . This hotel is new but I highly recommend not to book it.... don't waste your money....

The service was great, The breakfast was totally exceptional, The security out front very Professional, Everything was so amazing and best of all my Family loved the way I could bring their breakfast to them . I could never ask for anything better than it was. We loved our time.
