Very central in cool Miraflores neighborhood, the pool is a nice way to end the day after walking around; staff tried their best to compensate for issues related to the functioning of the hotel.

We chose this hotel in part because we were told we could have 24 hour room service as we arrived at 1 am with young kids, it was important. Upon arrival, despite confirming over the phone on the way from airport, we were told the kitsch was "in renovation"... a few days later, all 3 elevators stopped working randomly and being on one of the top floors with little kids, this was a big problem. The family room we booked was quite small for the price, with restricted space to put our belongings.

The beds were very comfortable and we slept very well.Shower room was clean and lovely. Plenty of clean towels.Cleaning service of rooms and facilities to a high standard.Great location side for dining, local parks and shops.There's a lovely travel agency across the street called Peruvian Life Tours. Great for booking tourist trips quickly.

Fan in the shower room was loud and difficult to switch to low.

Central hotel if the goal is to explore Miraflores and Barranco. The nearby streets are lively and keep you busy during the eveinings.

The pool was heated and not busy. Location and security was great.

Staff everywhere are not attentive. Waiting over 30 minutes for someone to come up to the room. Happened again when asked for towels. Dirty coffee cups. Light flicked like a strobe light.. breakfast ok but things sit out long

Very friendly and helpful staff, perfect location in Miraflores: Not too loud, yet everything within walking distance. The hotel is immaculately clean and there's a large selection for breakfast. The welcome drinks of Pisco Sour on the rooftop add a very nice local touch.

Connecting rooms would be nice as the standard bedrooms are not big enough for families and the bunk beds in the family rooms appear to not be properly secure, so we booked 2 rooms for either stay.

The hotel was trendy and modern. I liked our room, it was well-equipped and had everything we needed. The breakfast was wonderful!! Great location.

The staff were not very friendly (borderline rude). It felt like they didn't care/appreciate us as tourists. It's too bad because everywhere we traveled in Peru, the people were so warm and kind.

I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Check in was quick and easy, and my room was spotless clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained.The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, complimentary water, and well-stocked amenities. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout my stay.The hotel itself is in a great location close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The lobby and common areas are stylish and clean, and the atmosphere is peaceful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the service was outstanding.Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Excellent service, clean rooms, and a warm, welcoming environment. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Top floor pool and comfy beds.

Fantastic location with restaurant, cafe and lovely boutiques nearby. Didn't feel like being in a touristic area more a trendy area of Lima. Loved the rooftop bar.

The hotel was pretty and in a good location

The hallways smelled like sewage, the tv was only on Spanish and the device in the restaurant was very slow and average food.

Modern, clean, great amenities and location.

Upon our arrival at the Innside by Melia Hotel, we were informed that a pipe had exploded, and for that reason, we were being relocated to the hotel directly across the street. While unexpected, we accepted the explanation and moved to the designated location without issue.However, by sheer coincidence, we later came to learn that the alleged pipe explosion never actually occurred. Instead, it appears the real reason for our relocation was due to overbooking.We did find it unusual that such a serious incident, said to have occurred just 30 minutes before our arrival, had left no visible signs of disruption or urgency at the hotel. Still, we accepted the apology and moved on in good faith.To be fair, I want to sincerely acknowledge the attentiveness of the staff in arranging alternative accommodations and managing the situation. That said, we are deeply disappointed by what seems to have been a fabricated explanation, and we genuinely hope it was simply a misunderstanding — not a deliberate attempt to mislead guests.

Amazing friendly staff. Great hotel with great accommodations, very clean. Good breakfast.

For a hotel like that the tvs should be smart tvs.

Very nice hotel, big room, clean and great location

Basic breakfast and beside that, the coffee machine was broken and had to pay extra for a coffee from the bar which I didn't mind but the attitude of the waiter was very poor

The INNSiDE Hotel by Meliá Lima Miraflores is newly renovated, modern, and sparkling clean. The extensive breakfast buffet with many fruit, bread, yogurt, protein, and hot Peruvian/Western options as well as a variety of fresh juices and a great coffee/espresso/cappuccino/hot chocolate machine was only $10 per person - an excellent deal! There was also a rooftop bar and pool, although we didn't have time to enjoy them. The hotel is walking distance to many restaurants and shops in Miraflores. It was also super convenient to have a water bottle filler at the hotel entrance.

The modern glass shower lacked a door, and water tended to exit the shower.

The staff was very kind and helpful - special thanks to Alonso. The breakfast is also very good. We had a spacious room and enjoyed a drink on the hotel's rooftop. The neighborhood is full of restaurants, and is very tourist-friendly.

Everything met our expectations.

Great room. Great location. Great breakfast.
