ibis Lima Larco Miraflores

Great location. Clean and private. Pperfect for my time in Lima.

This is a perfectly nice, basic hotel. The location is fantastic, 200 yards or so from the ocean, right on Ave. Larco, a main drag in Miraflores. The rooms are well organized but quite small. Staff is pleasant and efficient. A good value.

Location, walking distance to Larcomar and other area.

The smell of their towels. We put in the floor to replace it, but the replacement has the same smell. Maybe is just me sensitive to that kind of smell.

The breakfast was excellent, although on the second day there weren’t as many bread options as on the first day.

What I didn’t like was that the room key kept getting deactivated, so I constantly had to go to the front desk to have it reactivated in order to access the elevator or my room.

Noises , many , a dog was barking at night . They couldn’t do nothing because they accept animals , so every time the dog hear a noise barked…. A shame

The location is perfect for visiting Lima. Right near the beachfront walk in Miraflores. The price and location are amazing!

The controls for the air conditioner are NOT intuitive. And the A/C didn't work the second night we were there. The technician came, and told us it won't work unless enough people are using their ACs. It never worked all night. The room was a bit stuffy, and not even the fan would work. It was very disappointing!

My husband and I had 1 luggage 23 kg and a carry on, so not much space to open all. The room was pretty small but the mattress was awesome.

The only thing I didn’t like it’s that it was freezing cold and they couldn’t provide a heater because it seems I needed to tell them I needed one in advance, but this should be provided to customer regardless, specially when it’s winter time in Lima and it’s so cold

The staff was really friendly, professional, and accommodating. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was really hot. We extended our stay an extra night ~1h before check out, and there was no issue with that, we could even keep the same room. We also really felt in security as there is always a guard at the entrance and they keep the main door closed later in the night.

The location and breakfast with great service. Also - great luggage storage facility.

The rooms are small, basic and unfuntional - some hooks on the wall would be great as it is impossible to leave the belongings organized. The staff at the reception desk seem to be annoyed with the guests. There would be 4 people there but only one ready to help the customers, who should be the number one priority.

The location is great, the shower was good and the bed was comfy.

The staff is horrible. They are disorganized, giving wrong information, they don't answer the WhatsApp number they give us to contact them, they were doing a renovation on a room close to mine and didn't give me any heads-up beforehand so I ended up having to deal with the noise my entire stay. The breakfast is horrible. Worst eggs and coffee I had at an Ibis hotel. I ended up not having breakfast there although I had already paid for it. Also I'm still waiting on a refund they promised after their staff messed up with my reservation but still didn't receive any refund. Their staff rarely answers my messages and emails.

Location is the best! So close to Larcomar Mall, pubs and lots of restaurants. Bar staff is super friendly and cocktails are delicious.

Front desk staff is not friendly and were always with a very poor attitude towards us. Toilet paper is cheap (like it really falls apart) and also we didn’t have hand towels, our AC was really loud and it leaked water.
