Crowne Plaza Lima - Miraflores by IHG

It was a brief overnight stay, as I was in transit to Lima International Airport. But I was very happy with everything. It felt very much like a five star hotel. The included breakfast was fantastic!

The hotel staff was extraordinary helpful, friendly, and professional. I also liked the fact that on the day when I had a tour scheduled to leave before breakfast opened, a staff member told me they could prepare a "breakfast box" to go in lieu of me being able to eat at the breakfast buffet. This being a business class hotel, the room was quite large. More importantly, the bed was quite comfortable.

This hotel was not a value proposition. The room was quite expensive for a typical business-class hotel and room. ("Expensive" by South American standards; typical pricing for a business hotel in the U.S.) The room was loud from all the street noise. And I was on the 11th Floor! This is not the fault of the hotel. This is Lima. And this hotel is in a quiet neighborhood (relatively speaking) in Lima. Breakfast buffet was good, nothing great, although having the coffee pot on the table (and it was very good coffee) was very, very welcome.

The Google map for this property is Wrong. We got lost while following the gole map direction.

The staff was great. Josslyn was very friendly in coordinating the reservation and facilitating an early check-in. Luis told me about Peruvian cuisine and helped me practice Spanish. Lucía was very friendly at check out and told me a lot about Peruvian culture. The breakfast was quite nice as well.

Strict Check in at 3pm...if you come with an early flight from Cusco, don't go there... they are other ones nearby who let you check in at 1pm.

one of women in reception couldnt speak englsih well so when I called reception to find hair dryer she couldnt understand so she said no they dont have, but i could inside the closet.

Felt extremely safe and the hotel staff were always there ready to help us in any fashion. A bit of a walk to the beach but that’s great in another way.

only problem is the pool, its in a size of a tub and the water weren't clear, i didn't use it but if its something you use in a hotel then consider a better place

Good location near restaurants, banks, coffee shops, grocery store etc. very good and friendly staff. Several doorman to watch entrance lobby, a d restaurant area. They assisted with luggage upon arrival. Easy check in. Well organized . Concierge helpful with information and directions of area. Complimentary drinks provided. Very good breakfast buffet that had a wide variety of hot/cold food and beverages with lots of seating. Willing and able to accommodate for food allergy.Staff kept everything clean and refreshed Secure elevator that required room cards to useClean and spacious room (#1103) with contemporary decor. Ac and or heat available on demand with central thermostat Large screen T.V. with many channels and streaming options Quiet and comfortable Maid service was respectful to our requests to clean or not to clean. They kept everything well stocked.
