I wish the pool would be open all year long.

The bed was very comfortable. And the room was large.

We were not prepared or informed by the staff about the extensive New Year's Eve fireworks that occurred from midnight until 3 AM outside our window! We did not get sleep that night

Customer service, very attentive and kind. The food, spectacular. The spa services.

Cleanliness, decor, and the food was amazing. Fresh and well-thought out menus.

Location was excellent. Property and rooms were modern clean, large and well designed. Would have liked main restaurant to have opened earlier for dinner. We were able to eat in the bar area with full menu but would have preferred restaurant after a long travel day.

Soundproofing was not great. Noise from street made sleep somewhat challenging.

The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect right above the ocean. Food and drinks were really good.

Even if you are a foreigner and therefore exempt from the 18% VAT tax on the room, if you buy food or drinks at the bar, there’s a 10% service charge and an 18% VAT on those items and if you tip on top of that, you’re paying about 40% on top of the actual cost. Just beware.

Everything was great, room, view, restaurants, location.

Noise insolation from outside traffic could be better (I’m a light sleeper)

It’ meets 100% Marriott standards - beautiful shower, specious room, super friendly stufff, excellent breakfasts. Also location is a plus, just in the center of Merafloris and next to shopping area.

Very poor service. The room was made after 5:00 pm. They try to charge the WiFi. The rate is completely exagerated

Very comfortable rooms with stunning views in a great location. The buffet breakfast and afternoon tea are excellent.

Very clean and Great location

Booking showed a inaccurate picture of the room. We were with the impression that the room that we booked also had a space with a sofa and that we had an ocean view which it wasn't the case. Anyway now we know

The rooms were fantastic. The staff, the Christmas presents on our beds (Peruvian ornaments). Turn down service. The Larcomar mall was right across the street. Nice restaurants and shopping.

The pool was too cold to swim in. That was disappointing since we booked it to use the beautiful pool.

Location great, room was large and had all the facilities you could want (except mini-bar) and great view. Multiple restaurants.

Had to transfer lifts to get to room. Not much seating in lobby when you were waiting. Too many people who were unable to have their problem resolved meant check-in was slow.

I loved the rooms. The staff was exceptional! It is on a very busy street. There is so much traffick and it was very noisy.

I did not like the fact that they had no tables at the pool area. They only had lounge chairs. The whole pool area was somewhat disappointing! I also did not like the fact that the main restaurant was closed all day on Sunday. I went to the restaurant on a Tuesday night and it was closed for a private function. I also noticed that they did not have a breakfast buffet. I also did not see much fruit on the breakfast menu. So, I ate elsewhere. The market place in the second floor only stayed open until 8 PM. Very disappointing for an international expensive hotel. They can do better!

Clean, beautiful, modern facilities. Excellent food and drinks on site. The best gym I have ever seen in a hotel. Location is fantastic.

Very pricy and a bit stingy with the bottled water. Breakfast was tasty but needs more options.
