Pros +
- Amazing small hotel. The room was super quiet with good air conditioning and a nice area with a kitchen. The staff were very nice and accommodating.
- Kind staff, clean room.
- This hotel is mixed. Let's talk about the pros and cons:Pros:- Breakfast was great. Lots of selection and really friendly staff cooking.- Lobby is great -- lots of sitting room and great ambiance.- Kitchen is great, and rooms are spacious.
Cons -
- The hotel is very close to Park Kennedy so all the noise from events there is noticeable. I had difficulties sleeping due to a concert there one night and was woken up by an event near the park another night.
- Now the cons:- The front desk. Some staff were great, but others -- not so much. The guy that checked me in implied that there was no breakfast when I checked in by saying that there was a kitchen instead, causing me to miss the first day's breakfast. When I checked out, he also didn't turn on the lobby light or check on me when I tripped in the lobby. He also quoted a USD:PEN exchange rate of 1:3.9 when the market rate is closer to 1:3.5. Not sure if this is a hotel policy, and he wasn't unfriendly, but I definitely expected a bit more service. - The bed and towels. The bed was so soft and old that it was uncomfortable, and the towels had a musty smell to them. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I don't think I would stay here again.
- Safe was loose, anyone could carry it away: Beds could be a bit wider.

Huge room. Nice shower. Complete kitchen (at least in my room). Back room were extremely quiet. The breakfast chef was nice with good food.

Location and breakfast.
There was no water in the fridge.
Location was great. Close to many of the restaurants I was interested in. And just the right distance from the coastline. You can ask for eggs for breakfast.
The shower only had cold water
Large room with many facilities.
Simple breakfast. Shower could be better.
Breakfast was wonderful, order to cook eggs. The location is excellent, just behind the kennedy park and walking distance to a lot of restaurants. The room is huge with a kitchenette, that we did not use. A sitting area and a comfortable bed. Very spacious. The hot water in the shower took a bit, I ended up calling the front desk. But once it is hot there were no issues. Friendly staff allowed us to store the luggage while we checked out and roamed the city.
Being in Miraflores near many restaurants and the shopping center, Larcomar, next to the coast. Park Kennedy with all the cats is also very close.
The man working at night was not friendly or helpful at all. When I arrived with 2 suitcases and 2 backpacks, he would not even come to assist with opening the door. He did not provide any information on the area. It seemed the only thing he was interested in was going to sleep. It’s quite a long ride from and to the airport. I left several hours before my flight and we were in traffic for about an hour and a half, even with the driver taking risky short cuts to try to expedite the trip!
Secure hotel in a convenient location. The only way into the hotel is to get buzzed in. Staff is always on site, very helpful, and attentive. Our bedroom had plenty of closet space and blackout curtains. Bathroom was clean, and the shower was hot. We were up on the upper floors, so the view from our balcony was nice, too.
The kitchen had a kettle, cups, dishes, pots and pans, and silverware. But no dishrack, and nothing to wash the dishes with (no dish sponge, no dish soap). There also isn't a kitchen towel, so we used the bath towel instead. That may be a concern for anyone planning to stay for more than a night.
The staff here were very helpful and friendly. The lobby and breakfast area are decorated with beautiful art. THe breakfast was diverse and tasty.
location is central and still quiet. A/C worked well, and shower had hot water, though not a lot of pressure. Staff was very helpful and kind. The room was large and spacious -- but it was the most we spent during a month in Peru
water pressure not great, and there was a long delay for full breakfast. Like seemingly every hotel we stayed, room lighting was not great.
Super cute boutique hotel. Our room was a suite with a separate sitting room, kitchenette and balcony. We loved the balcony to be able to get fresh air. The kitchenette was cute, but they do not supply soap or accessories - so we could really only use the fridge. Very walkable neighborhood with many restaurants, bars and Kennedy Park very nearby. And the water was HOT in the shower - if you have been around to other places in Latin & Central America- "hot" water seems to be a relative term. : ) Breakfast was simple, but with cooked to order eggs - good way to start our day. Overall we loved it, and would definitely stay again when in Lima.
They should supply kitchenette accessories like paper towels, soap, dish cloths.
Spacious bedroom with separate bathroom and kitchen /dinerVery clean and cleaned each dayGood breakfast with eggs to orderFriendly staff
Room on 4th floor and shower takes ages to get hotCoffee machine in room but no coffee
Good location, nice staff, spacious room, and updated bathroom. Breakfast included. Metro supermarket, restaurants & travel center are all close by. Staff will store light.
Kitchen needs paper towels & dish towels. Needs dishwashing soap and drying towels for dishes. Room lounges chairs are not comfortable since sink in the chair.
Very charming hotel. Spotless. Safe neighborhood for walking. Close to shops, restaurants, parks.
Great location near Kennedy park. Comfortable clean, simple breakfast included
Size of room, comfortable bed, friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast selection, eggs cooked to your order and served hot. Quiet street close to Kennedy Park and restaurants Nicely decorated common areas. Nothing to dislike.
Spacious room in a good location. The breakfast was poor and the ingredients were not fresh.
Room was spotless, shower was great, tv cable was good, Internet worked great, breakfast was good too (cook was always professional and polite )and their staff was always helpful and courteous (William,Yerika,Louis and Jesus)all the time....
Kitchen facilities can be improved (faucet, detergent and sponge)...also the couch isn't too firm anymore....but definitely the microwave and the refrigerator are always working great!!!!
