The location is good and is walking distance to shops and restaurants. All the staff were good, from check-in to room cleaning.

The room safe needs to be upgraded. Instruction could be more clear.

The staff is friendly and professional. The hotel is lovely and clean. The pool area is great and the location is wonderful.

We stayed for a week and the air conditioning wasn’t working. We were given a fan but the temperature in our room was between 27-30 C. We asked for a new room but apparently the air conditioning was off in the hotel. Hard to sleep and the temperature in the room was very uncomfortable.

AC not working. We asked for a fan and it arrived 3 days later. The hotel did make it up to us with a free delicious dinner from the restaurant.

Very few staff, no amenities, pool is tiny and was closed. It is very empty and basically a place to crash.

I have been coming to this hotek for 7 years because I really like the service, the confort of the rooms and the location , even that, unfortunately lately the hotel has been surrounded by many disco place and sometime in the night can be noisy. I am planing to keep coming

The pool was not clean full of bugs. We stayed in 5 hotels all over Peru including a home stay and this hotel was the only one who didn’t cater well for our vegan diet even though it was the fanciest and most expensive

Perfect location one street over from Kennedy park and heaps of restaurants. Ask for a room not facing the street if possible a bit of car noise at night . Hotel is exceptionally clean and breakfast was amazing

Not enough hooks in bathroom. We were three people and no where to hang towels.

The location in Miraflores neighborhood was excellent. The room was clean and big enough for 3. The breakfast buffet was vast and good.

My short stay. The hotel is worth more that 1 night.

The front reception staff were very friendly to help us solve the problem of our door lock and the safe. I like the slippers and bathroom towels and 2 free water bottles.

The safe needs to be relaxed with modern design. It’s not user friendly. Please provide water bottles every day.

The rooms were specious and very clean

The walls are really thin - you can basically hear everything in the corridor or in the adjacent rooms.The staff didn’t greet us in the check-in but rather just asked us if we will pay by card or cash. They weren’t problem solving or friendly, just acted as if they want to finish the workday and go back their homes.
