Staff at the desk was wonderful and so very helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. I found the location to be excellent for the activities we had planned.

The room was spacious and clean, with a security lockbox Ample toilet paper, shampoo, and liquid soap in the bathroom. The location was very walkable. The lobby has a filtered water spout to fill up drinking water. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was fantastic.

I did not notice anything that I don't like. Everything was great.

Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast and great location. Close to attractions in Miraflores and easy to get to transportation which will take you to the city centre.

Large room, clean hotel with helpful reception team. Great location opposite a brilliant artisan market selling clothes and tourist souvenirs. Good breakfast with a decent range. Very good chain hotel

The location is perfect! I highly recommend it. I'll stay there again just for that reason. They have a good breakfast, but I think that could be more varied.But it's a great hotel to stay!

The hotel should invest in furniture, especially in the lobby, and rugs. They seam old and dirty.

Breakfast is basic and not tasty.Check in process very slow and after a long trip it is not acceptable.Very small bathroom.

Everything was good.

After a stay in February where breakfast was less ample, I am pleased that the entire buffet selection is again offered! I love the location and the friendliness of the staff. They guide you to shopping and carefully arrange taxis. I do not need luxury accommodations and the price for Miraflores Centro is fabulous. It is part of the wonderful Casa Andina hotel group, but at a lower price level.

No complaints. In the colder weather, they have furnished a second blanket which I needed and no need to call for it.

Hotel was clean and spacious and staff were friendly. Location is good, on a quiet street but within walking distance to everything in Miraflores. Water filter in the lobby was great!

No heating which is nuts because it was freezing at night! Breakfast was basic and most of the food was cold.

i guess the elevator situation needs to be change since we need to take stairs to our bedrooms

I stayed one night with my husband .The location is exceptionally convenient. We walked around the area at night and had dinner in near by restaurant. We felt safe . Plenty of shops around the hotel , eating places etc . The breakfast was the highlight. So much variety. Very helpful staff . Even our bags were pushed to the pick up van .

I like the old breakfast of eggs etc pre-pandemic. One breakfast bag was ok. But one had less appealing contents to eat with a mystery meat sandwich.

Facilities weren't responsive (busted light bulb was not replaced despite requests), breakfast could be better

I arrive at 2 am and yhey charge 2 days instead a 2 rooms one day, they charge 2 room 2 days

Large rooms, great A/C, and a nice takeaway-style breakfast. The beds were comfortable and we slept really well.

It wasn’t possible to extend our stay at reception, I had to make a new reservation on booking.com and check-in all over again which was a little inconvenient.
