Location and staff were great. i loved that the room was cleaned every day.

The water did not get hot. It was warm but much to cold for a shower. I visit Lima every 3-4 weeks and for this reason alone we may consider somewhere else next trip.

I love the location! It is a few feet from El Olivar, a Catholic church, nice restaurants and you are in a safety place like San Isidro:)

Relaxed staff from booking changes, check in to bag storage, laundry service etc. Great cafe/dining area staff good and food alike. Neighborhood is high end residential with lots of parks, good for walking around and lots of boutique shops and restaurants. A good location and a taxi/upber gets you easily to anywhere in the city.

We stayed here for one night before our early morning flight. The neighbourhood of San Isidro, where the hotel is located, felt safe, and there were many restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance of the hotel. We thought the hotel was a great value for how nice it was. The bed and room were quite large, and the bed was comfortable. The staff we had interactions with were very nice and helpful.

Really can't think of anything we disliked.

Clean, huge bathroom, close to the places that I had to go. Easy to book.

There is no coffee, tea, or hot water for drinking in the rooms. You had to ask for it.

Shower pressure was lacking and shower head was clogged. A fan would have been a nice touch. I don't understand why each room is not equipped with an iron and ironing board. Pillows were hard and high, straining one's sleep.

I will probably stay at this hotel every time I come to Lima now. The location was amazing, super central to everything, walking distance to delicious restaurants, safe area, clean, basic, comfortable rooms. The cafe downstairs (which is a different business, but they are affiliated), is amazing!! I loved waking up and working and sitting in the cafe for hours. I highly recommend this for a budget hotel within San Isidro.

My room's window faced an indoor courtyard so it was very dark, but it didn't matter much as I only really needed the room to sleep in, I was out most of the time. Just a simple basic room.

Clean, nice, easy to find. Lots of restaurants and there is a bar below. the room was spacious and cozy.

It didnt have tea, coffee, coffee pot and refrigerator. I used it for work all day and a small fridge would have been handy.

They should repair the shower faucet to make it possible to have a nice shower. It’s either freezing or burning, no in between. I finally managed to tame the faucet by opening full hot on the sink, and managed to get lukewarm waters by the drop

The location is great, the rooms was very clean. The cafe in the lobby has great coffee.

The room does not have a lot of character.

The location is incredible. You are in a safe area with amazing stores and restaurants. Couldn’t be better. Oh and the cafe is incredible. A great place for a solo female traveler.

Hotel was clean but my room had lots of scuff marks on the walls. Felt like it needed a bit of a deep clean.

Very bad experience. Not a safe place

Sunday night a couple irrupted in our room while we were sleeping. They left after I faced them. We were scared and contacted the property manager. They said it was a mistake and it was not a big deal. However, that is not the way we felt it. We left the hotel next morning for a safer place

There was a weird smell in the room and the flush didn’t work we had to pull the ring manually! No one checked on us to fix it or change the room
