Excellent customer service

Perfect for a short layover. In and out. It was super easy to get there in Uber.

The hood is a bit sketchy. Wifi didn't work on the second floor or inside the room, just in the reception.

Beautiful clean rooms very accommodating staff nice location across from a park

The property was close to the airport which made it nice for a quick turn around at the airport. The staff was very available to arrange for our group.

The rooms were hot at this time of year. Not so much the fault of the hotel, but it was a little hard to sleep.

Very nice staff with enough English to communicate. Clean and quite adequate room. The only disadvantage is that it's so close to the airport that you hear a lot of planes.

The advantage of being near the airport is offset by being near the airport: you hear the planes.

Near the airport, it can be use for a short stay.

The bathroom was clean but there was no towel and the location felt save inside but not that mucho outside.

Asked for ground floor do to wife's hip replacement surgery was told ok n got floor #3 with no elevator. Said it was close to many bars n restaurants NOT!!!!!RECEPTION lady not helpfull n rode.Took taxi from airport which is always more expensive, till I order one from there to go back n was double!!!!!!!!!

10 min drive away from airport so a good place to stay if you have an early flight.Close to several restaurants and shops.Comfortable beds, good WIFI.Helpful reception staff but limited English.

Some issues in room (no hot water in sink, only in shower) but we were appropriately compensated for this and the room was otherwise satisfactory for our 1 night stay. Strange smell in room and corridors.As close to airport, you can hear planes through the day/night which could disturb sleep. There is also a large glass panel above the door which lets in significant light from the corridor that could also contribute to sleep issues.

Property is close to the airport (around 10 minutes' drive). It has parking withing the property and offers standard amenities.

The access is from the side road and area and hotel at first sight looks unfriendly - but once you enter all is ok. As the property is close to the airport the planes are quite noisy, but it is expected with the location.

Close to the airport, staff were friendly enough when checking us in. The rooms are basic and walls are thin but it wasn’t dingy or dirty.

They don’t give you a key to get through the locked front gate, so you have to ring a bell to be let in, but if you come back late when the staff isn’t there, you may be left waiting. We also planned to have breakfast before going to the hotel, and they said breakfast would start at a certain time, and they never made breakfast at all. Very disappointing because we were counting on their facilities for our meal before a flight. I would not stay here again due to those reasons.

Near to the airport , 12 mins drive. It is good if you have an early morning flights to avoid stocking in too much traffic.

It could be cleaner also during the night you could hear planes landing or taking off. It was so noisy and I could hear people from the other rooms.It’s good for one night to catch your early morning flight!

Very good hotel near Lima airport. The staff is very friendly and open to any support needed.

We stayed there to be close to the airport. The traffic in Lima is horrible, for early flight it's better to stay close to the airport. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

The hotel has a security breach and we got spammed with requests through booking.com chat to provide our credit card through scum sites. We didn't do it naturally getting notification after certain time from the hotel that all payments will be within the hotel. When we arrived we paid for taxi back to the airport next morning but got a message in a few hours saying that we have to pay double - we cancelled the arrangement.

i felt the location was ideal for getting to the airport after experiencing Lima traffic. so even though it was a short distance to the airport it still took me about 25 mins. good water pressure, clean room, comfortable bed. basically it was perfect for what i needed which was to rest before going to the airport. quite a few places to eat with about a 7 min walk. the hotel is kind of in a residential place so no car traffic

you can hear the planes once in a while but nothing that would keep me up at night, i would skip the breakfast and walk around a find a eatery

Arranged a ride to the airport. Price was inexpensive but the car’s condition was well used. Driver was great.
