- Pretty grounds and nice sculpture in the grounds - we were not expecting this since there was no indication that the house belonged to a well known Peruvian artist. We would have liked to have taken a tour of his studio, but no tours on Sundays.
- Spacious older but well maintained home in an excellent location in Lima. Beautiful contemporary paintings and sculpture, with grass yard overlooking the ocean. Good restaurants and stores within walking distance.

- Our room was a bit unusual - large, but the bathroom had a stairway leading to the toilet and another stairway leading to a sunken bathtub. There was no hot water in our shower. Noisy dehumidifier that filled up quickly and then beeped to be emptied.
