Clean, nice spot in Miraflores, easy stop for the Perú Hop bus. Nice hours for the complimentary breakfast which had make your own waffles which was a nice addition to breakfast. We used their hotel taxi to get to airport which was easy and a good price. Room was clean.

Good location - 5 minute walk to Malecón God breakfast - eggs, fresh fruit

The room (clean and cosy), breakfast (it was good and we also liked that it started at 06:30), location (we went to a restaurant at 21:00 by foot and felt very safe)

It is very peaceful and quiet. A very unique experience within the oasis. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is ample and the pool is a great feature.

Perfect hotel for a stop over in Lima. Solid 3 star + . Comfortable room, nice common areas and good breakfast. Shops and restaurants nearby. Safe and pleasant neighborhood to walk in.

Everything was fine

The hotel is very good for the price, the location is ok a little walking and you can get to Larco or Kennedy Park. The rooms are good size and were clean and comfy. The staff was ok helpful when needed.

Family rooms are in the building side with no elevator, if you are traveling with elderly that can be a problem.

- Bathroom was old and small.- Room was closed to the lift. It means, it was noisy and constantly with people movement.

The garden (the reason I booked this location) was super cute. Location is good--tranquil neighbourhood, walking distance (if you want) to Kennedy Park, Huaca Pucllana, and meeting sites for tours. Lots of options for breakfast. I like that they encourage guests to reuse their towels.

Surprisingly noisy in the morning--road works. My room was next to the elevator which is a very noisy device. Staff were polite but not friendly and only moderately helpful. One example, I was leaving early one morning and had arranged to have my breakfast packed; they did not. There were no vegan/vegetarian options on the menu (but the Chef did make something to fit my needs).

There was only 1 waiter serving in the restaurant. One night there was a big group in & he just couldn’t cope. He didn’t understand any English. He gave us our bill when we were still eating the first course so we couldn’t order a dessert as he couldn’t understand us

Breakfast buffet was great and unlimited. Hotel location between the main restaurant zone and the malecon is perfect. Staff were friendly and very efficient. The garden courtyard is a really nice touch.

Breakfast could be exceptional if something different were offered from day to day in addition to the standard scrambeled eggs. Example, french toast, waffles or whatever.

Our room was on the third floor, there was no elevator. But the staff help us with our luggage. The men was very nice and helpful.

The room(double) was much smaller than we expected. The food in the restaurant was good but slow with just 1 waiter who really struggled. He couldn’t speak any English. He gave us our bill when we hadn’t even finished our 1st course. One day there was a big party in so there wasn’t enough breakfast items. Noticed people putting food in their bags for their lunch.

The rooms are roomy,super clean and the location was excellent.

I liked everything.Most of the staff were super helpful cleaning guy,the restaurant people all very hospitable.The guy in the counter and the doormen A+.Only thing the lady that received us and another one that was the day e left need more training in how to be more welcoming to guests.They seemed to be annoyed by questions,and had a negative attitude.However,we noticed all male staff was awesome.My favorite the guy with glasses for the cleaning,the doormen and the the guy in the kitchen that also help the tables in the afternoon.
