Room is very quite , I¿m saying this because Miraflores is a very noise town ,.

I wish they could included the breakfast in my booking .

The bathroom and shower was good.

The beds / pillows were not comfortable. WiFi didn't work very well in my room. The tv was difficult to change channels. I didn't care for the breakfast very much. Other nearby hotels have better food.

The staff here were fantastic and helped us make arrangements to/from the airport. This property is in an excellent and safe location and we were able to walk a few blocks to fantastic restaurants, cafes and bars. It is a 30min to 1 hour taxi ride from airport depending on time. We stayed here twice, once at beginning and again at end of our trip. The Family room was great with comfortable beds for my family of 4 and an excellent shower. The breakfast buffet was excellent and included a wide variety of hot dishes, fresh fruit, juices, etc. Highly recommend this excellent property. Would definitely stay here again!

The internet was a little bit slow

Staff was helpful and welcoming after a long day of travel. Room was great. Had breakfast at the hotel one morning which was good and they packed a breakfast to go on one of our early mornings which was an added plus!

The hotel location is great, close to many restaurants in Mirafores. The breakfast offers good choices too.

The room can be a little bit bigger. But it is ok, not too bad.

Good location, clean room and helpful staff. We stayed at a room for 3. It was originally for 2. With 3 beds, there is not much room...Overall is good.

Nice relaxing Peruvian music in the lobby and the breakfast room. The signs on the breakfast items was a nice touch that many places don't do. Good array of juices available. The room and hotel felt clean and inviting.

Loved the location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved breakfast was included.

Would be great if there was the ability to have a fridge for milk and tea/coffee supplies. There is a hot/cold water dispenser on the fall. Be great to make yourself a cuppa. Also, please instal some towel rails. A lot of traffic noise that goes late. Peruvians 3rd language is horns!

Located in modern, seaside part of greater Lima. Very close to Kennedy Park and a variety of shops, restaurants and attractions of Miraflores. Well presented throughout with a bright lounge and breakfast area. Staff efficient and considerate.

Noise carried from corridors. Some distance from historical centre and not served by easy public transport.

Breakfast was OK not a lot of variety if you stay for several days, but the waitress in the breakfast area was very nice and accommodating -They will fry you an egg if you’d like something other than the scrambled presentation but make sure you’re specific on how you would like it.

The elevator on the left was in need of repair three times during the trip people were stuck in the elevator. I took my chance by taking it and I alsogot stuck. It was a terrifying ordeal as the elevator doors would not open, and the staff attempted to speak to me through the elevator and walk me through it as I panicked and screamed in fear. The elevator bounce between floor one and two and red that we were on the fourth floor, but we were not and then it zoom back up to seven. I thought it was my last day on earth. I was finally released and never rode the elevator again on the left, I was told that the elevator has been having problems, but that the municipality had inspected it and found no trouble to add insult to injury. I couldn’t find one of the three keys to my three bedroom room and I was charged five dollars Because I couldn’t find a plastic key. To the hotels credit I changed rooms and they did give me a free upgrade, saving me, 40 American dollars but to nickel and dime me for a lost plastic card after practically losing my life due to a panic attack while being stuck in their elevator was too much and I loved Peru, but I will not return to this establishment.

Really good included breakfast, clean rooms.The sink in the bathroom worked well! (rare thing for the hotels, but maybe I was lucky).Room size was good.

TV was small. Soundproofing in the bathroom is not existant. You can hear very well sounds from maybe the other room or the hallway?The street is busy and loud with car honking, though that's how most streets in Miraflores are. No socket right beside the bed.

The breakfast was good and the location was perfect for us.

I did not like the hallway smell. It smell like gas.

Nice facilities and very clean room, good breakfast and nice staff. Position is also good: nice restaurants around, easy access to public transport to reach different parts of the city.
