The staff, the location, the facilities and breakfast.

They don’t have sound proof windows. They’re in the middle of a few clubs and the traffic, music was loud past 2-3am. Also, they don’t have a sign for guests to not slam doors after 10pm. The impolite Brazilian soccer fans were slamming doors past 2-3am. On Saturday am there was a loud helicopter flying over us. Just not a hotel to have a restful night. Needs at least a mini refrigerator and a coffee maker in the room.

We asked for airport pickup and while they asked our info twice, no one met us. We got our own taxi instead. They should not offer the service if they won’t follow through.

Room is spacious & well appointed with plenty of hot water. Breakfast is fabulous with both hot & cold options, fresh fruit & juice. Readily available coffee & tea. Location has high walkability with access to an assortment of restaurants.

The staff super helpful, the location super good!

A club was close by, so at night was super noisy !

Very accommodating staff and contacted me before my arrival. That was an AWESOME touch. I appreciated it and the agents were able to get me a room early.

Safety box not functional

Excellent Hotel clean, employees are very friendly and willing to help.

The hotel is next to a Bar Discoteca could be noisy.

Big comfortable bed. Friendly helpful staff. Decent location in Miraflores. Free fruit and cookie a nice touch.

The noise pollution from outside especially the building work next door. Bring ear plugs.

Very good location. Room was not large, but comfortable. Staff seemed always attentive and very kind. Everything seemed well cleaned. Breakfast was nice.

Whenever possible we like to sleep with our window open for fresh air. We were on the 6th floor and through the window we could hear the conversations from staff on the 8th floor (diningRoom and kitchen) every morning at 5 or 6 am. Also there is a construction site next door which also made noise from early in the morning.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception

Selection of fruits on the breakfast buffet could have been better (in view of the possible fruit selection in Peru).No cold milk on the breakfast buffet. When asked, only a small glass was brought and the milk was not even really cold.

Good, safe location, everything you need is in walking distance.

No balcony

Excellent location on a quiet street in miraflores, lots of restaurants, cafes and bars within easy walking distance, and a short walk to the beach. The room was big with a huge comfortable bed, and a great bathroom and lovely hot showers. A good buffet breakfast was included. Staff were excellent and very friendly and professional, and all reception spoke very good English. Very good WiFi throughout. The hotel was immaculately clean with floors being cleaned continuously and the room cleaned thoroughly every day. Highly recommended and would stay here again.

We choose to always stay at Tierra Viva Miraflores Larco,we like the location. Absolutely love the big bedrooms and friendly staff.
