good location, not far walk into the busy streets of mira flores, felt safe. Breakfast wasn't too bad.

the room felt really damp, windows had to be kept open the entire time, not a very pleasant smell in the room/bathroom after using the water. did not provide any toiletries/shampoo etc.

the hotel is on a busy street, so expect street noise during the day but it was quiet at night. There was renovation going on during my stay, and dust and noise could be bothersome, but this will be only temporary

We have the option to take our breakfast at a lunch box cause we have verb early leavings due to activities. Great communication with staff. Value for money, great location.

We are on group of 8, with 4 double rooms. There is only one hairdryer available from the reception on our stay. So there isn't all the equipment that needed. Humidity in our room, but in whole Peru rooms has humidity issues without heaters at the most of them in Peru.

The room was clean, breakfast was included and location was great. The staff were wonderful, really nice and helpful and probably the best part of the stay.

Breakfast was a set tray of food (bread/rolls, small portion of scrambled egg, piece of lunch meat/cheese, fruit cocktail plate, sweet bread) with drinks and yogurt at the bar. Food was okay. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Location is close to Love park and the coast.

Stairs are very steep and short for those with larger feet to get up to the rooms. Fortunately the front desk guy carried my checked suitcase because I would never had made it up the stairs with it. Rooms don't have heat so they get cold at night in the winter.... April to Sept. Room door sticks and is hard to open/close....room is up a few more steps. Hotel is locked so you have to buzz and wait to enter or to be let out.

Location was exceptional...just a few minutes walk down to the beach and very close to all of the restaurants in Miraflores! The room itself was good, small and nothing fancy but I didn't spend much time in the room other than to sleep. The staff were all amazing, very friendly and always helpful! The breakfast was wonderful as well, rather than a typical continental breakfast there was a breakfast bar with cold options/juices/coffee/tea and a breakfast meal brought out by the staff to each person in the morning!

The only complaint I have about the room is that the noise from the hall was loud, almost felt like there was zero sound proofing. I'm glad I am a heavy sleeper! That being said, my room was right next to the checkin desk and noise in other rooms could be less than what I experienced.

A big thanks to Imperial Hospedaje Turistico for a great start to our Peru trip! Location was great, right near the coastline in Miraflores. Good breakfast and all-round great value for money.The staff was also incredible - we had some problems with our taxi and Renato and Stefanie made so much effort to help us sort everything out. Thanks again for the hospitality! ??

The location is handy to shopping area and to beach,the room was small and up 4flights of steep stairs breakfast was all rightstaff were helpful and friendly.

Great hotel and perfect for solo travelers. The rooms are comfortable with all amenities, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom size is a bit too small, I had my nose stuck on the wall in front of me while sat on the toilet as it was so close to the wall.

Great little hotel. The room was tiny but just right for my needs. I loved the quirkiness of the building. There were lots of sitting locations outside your room, including a top floor patio. Location was great, I was able to walk most places and Taxis were close by. There was a good selection of foods for breakfast and restaurants close by.

The only issue I could see for some is that the stairs to the third floor were very steep and narrow. I had a back pack so was ok, but carrying a big suitcase up them may be difficult.

Great location, really near the malecon de miraflores so we could see the new year's fireworks and walking distance from central Miraflores. The bed was surprisingly huge and comfortable. Strong wifi, and a decent breakfast, not much choice but plenty of food.

Breakfast only until 9am which is a bit early! Not very good sound isolation, we could hear people in the room next door, though it didn't bother us at all at night. And the room was a bit warm but it had a fan so we weren't too hot.

Central Miraflores location, friendly staff and basic but freshly made breakfast. Room was clean and simply furnished. Overall had an individual charm (lots of stairs, branching corridors and slightly quirky decor) but your interpretation may vary.

If you rely on WiFi be aware it's slow with frequent drop outs even impacting navigating sights like Skyscanner and Booking.com. Shower was generally lukewarm at best. Exchange rate was publicly posted on desk but was slightly more adverse than rate found online.
